Brandy M. Ford is a global learning and development leader with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare and commercial property insurance industries. She is the Assistant Vice President, Manager of Strategic Learning Projects and Analytics at FM, where she manages and implements portfolio project deliverables to drive business strategies. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, change management, client relations, training, and development, and she has spearheaded transformative initiatives that empower individuals and foster team collaboration.

Brandy holds professional certifications in Training Management, ROI, DEI in the workplace and Change Management. She loves to help internal and external stakeholders, and she always says, "How can I help?" to understand their needs and become their reliable trust advisor.
