Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the scenarios in which a refund will be granted, if applicable, and applies to any events available for registration on this website, including the annual New England Area Conference (NEAC).

1. Cancellation Window & Refunds

          • 30+ days before Day 1: Full refund (minus non-refundable processing fees, if any).
          • 8–29 days before Day 1: 50% refund (minus processing fees).
          • 0–7 days before Day 1: No refunds.
          • No-shows: No refunds.
    2. Transfers & Substitutions
            • Attendee substitutions are allowed at any time at no charge. Email info@atdnewengland.com with the new attendee’s full name, email, and organization.
            • Registrations may be transferred to a future edition of the conference at the organizer’s discretion if requested 8–29 days before Day 1.
      3. How to Cancel
            • Submit cancellation requests in writing to info@atdnewengland.com
            • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
      4. Group & Discounted Registrations
            • If a group or discounted registration drops below the qualifying threshold after cancellations, the remaining registrations may be repriced at the standard rate before any refund is calculated.
      5. Workshops, Add-ons, and Merchandise
            • Optional workshops or add-ons follow the same timelines above unless stated otherwise at purchase.
            • Shipped merchandise is non-refundable once shipped.
      6. Event Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation
            • If the organizer cancels the event, registrants receive a full refund of registration fees.
            • If the event is postponed, registrations automatically transfer to the new dates; if you can’t attend, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the new-date announcement.
      7. Force Majeure
            • The organizer isn’t responsible for refunds beyond the terms above for circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, government action, labor disputes, public health emergencies). In such cases, remedies may include credit or transfer in lieu of refund.
      8. Payment Processing & Fees
            • Processing fees, currency conversion, bank charges, and third-party platform fees are non-refundable.
            • Any refunds may deduct unavoidable transaction fees charged by the payment processor.
      9. Acceptance
            • By registering for any event available for registration on this website, including the annual New England Area Conference (NEAC, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
